{ Choi Seung-hyun, silver hair, brown eyes, pale skin, Korean, 5'10", singer / actor } <Choi Seung-hyun, or his stage name "T.O.P" { tap in Korean } was born on November 4th 1987 in Seoul, South Korea. He is mostly known for his low baritone rapping in the Korean boyband BIGBANG. His background includes acting, modeling, song writing, and singing. He appeared in several music videos and launched a solo music career with G-Dragon in 2007. He joined BIGBANG also in 2007 for the promotional events and opportunities, putting his solo career on hold. After a few months of the events he returned to acting with a staring role in a Korean television series called Iris.
Later in 2010 he was in the film 71: Into the Fire. He then got many praises and good reviews for his acting and won several awards for his part in the popular film. He also went with his new band BIGBANG to preform his new single "Turn it Up". The teaser and video quickly became one of the most popular music videos on Youtube. He also won a popularity reward. He also collaborated with his fellow friend and music partner G-Dragon and released an album with him.
2014, during the filming of one of his new movies Commitment he suffered an injury on the back of his hand, which was not very serious. Several schedule conflicts with filming and BIGBANG's performing was getting in the way of finishing the movie. Currently he is soaking up the reviews and graditude in South Korea after his latest movies: Tazza 2: The Hidden Card, respectfully, in comfort.
